PORK CROWN ROAST
A real holiday or special occasion treat. Rib pork chops frenched and bone cracked for easy carving. A minimum of 15 chops is needed to complete the crown. The center is stuffed with V&F's own apple stuffing. Comes in it's own pan.
V&F'S FAMOUS BONELESS LOIN OF PORK
Just the eye of the pork loin separated from the baby back ribs and tied together for easy carving (lightly seasoned).
BONELESS SMOKED HAM
The most delicious smoked boneless ham, sliced and tied, in V&F's own honey fruit glaze, decorated with cherries and pineapples in it's own pan. Just heat and serve! Sizes ranges from 5-7lbs or 10-12lbs.

USDA Prime, fully trimmed "Chateaubriand" for festive holiday treat.
